Clares College

As the first stage of a major internal refurbishment of this historic college, timber repairs were required, along with Collyweston slate and sandcast lead replacement.

All the work took place within the constraints of the College's academic programme and access restrictions. Replacement of spawled stone masonry and rotten timber substrates ensured that the second phase of internal refurbishment could proceed in the knowledge that the stone masonry and sandcast lead would keep the elements out for years to come.
