New Build
Since The CEL Group was founded in 1989, it has worked on a wide range of prestigious projects in the UK and abroad.
The CEL Group's specialisms are not just confined to the restoration and roofing of prestigious historic buildings. It is regularly involved in new build projects, which have included significant educational, commercial and residential buildings.

Architecturally-driven, the CEL Group has completed restoration and roofing projects to the highest specifications on many historic and government buildings, including the British Embassy in Islamabad, the Admiralty Building in London, St Pancras Church, London, St George's Hall, Liverpool and both Clare College and Jesus College, Cambridge.

New build projects include the Rapier Street quayside development in Ipswich and a major dockside residential development on the Thames at Concordia Wharf.
